Thank You Fingerplay: A storytime rhyme for Fall and Thanksgiving

 

In November, I like to theme my storytimes around family, friends, and being thankful. Whether or not you celebrate Thanksgiving, the holidays are a great time to remember everything we are thankful for.

This poem is the perfect way to end our storytime.

Thank You

Our hands say thank you with a

clap, clap, clap

Our feet say thank you with a

tap, tap, tap

Our head says thank you with a

shake, shake, shake

Our hearts say thank you with a 

kiss to take

(blow a kiss)
