The Thumbs Rhyme

 

This little rhyme is great for settling wiggling hands before reading a story:

My thumbs are up

My thumbs are down

My thumbs are dancing

All around the town

Dance them on your shoulders

Dance them on your head

Dance them on your knees

Then tuck them in to bed (Cross your arms)
